September 2013 the fourth IFAJ/Agriterra master class took place, prior to the annual congress in Argentina. The master class provided a dynamic exchange of ideas, professional improvement and experiences for agricultural journalists. Central theme of this master class was climate change. 18 agricultural journalists and communicators from both developing and developed countries participated in the master class and boot camp. mehr »

The International Federation of Agricultural Journalists (IFAJ) has established a new global office, staffed by two officers, to assist with applying its 2020 strategy of becoming a more global organisation. The office is based at Agriterra in Arnhem, the Netherlands. José van Gelder has been appointed as global manager and Anne Kluivers as global assistant. mehr »

Die internationale Föderation der Agrarjournalisten (IFAJ) hat ein neues globales Büro mit zwei Beauftragten eingerichtet. Dieses Büro soll der IFAJ bei der Umsetzung ihrer Strategie 2020 helfen, mit der sie eine globalere Organisation werden will. Das Büro ist bei Agriterra in Arnheim in den Niederlanden angesiedelt. La Federación Internacional de Periodistas Agrícolas - FIPA (más conocida como IFAJ) ha abierto una nueva sede mundial, a cargo de dos personas, para colaborar en la aplicación de la estrategia 2020 que la transformará en una organización más globalizada. La oficina se encuentra ubicada en Agriterra en Arnhem, Holanda. José van Gelder ha sido asignada como gerente a nivel mundial y Anne Kluivers como asistente, también a nivel global. mehr »

By Per Henrik Hansen, Denmark.   The Danish organization CISU has decided to support a joint project for the Danish guild of IFAJ and Networks of Agricultural Communicators (NAC) in West African country The Gambia. CISU will support us with 151.000 Danish kroner (around 20.000 Euro) for a three stage rocket which will be launched the first months of 2014.
