The Serbian Association of Agricultural Journalists, AGROPRESS, recently organised a one-day visit to Croatia for 20 agricultural journalists from Serbia. This opportunity to learn about the agrarian sector of the Croatian Baranja county included a tour of crop, livestock and dairy production. The first winner of the new IFAJ-YARA Award for Reporting on Sustainable World Agriculture is Alan Scholz of Saskatchewan, Canada. Per Henrik Hansen of Denmark is this year’s winner of the IFAJ Star Prize for print journalism.
