I spy
Scott Walsh, the assistant vineyard manager at Tantalus Vineyards in Kelowna, was one of a hardy team of ice wine grape harvesters who started picking at 5 a.m. on Nov. 10 when temperatures where colder than the -8C requirement for ice wine. (I spent the whole time with them as they were working and event got to help with the picking. Looking forward to tasting the wine which should be ready in April/May 2023.
