Liberian Guild Develops Manual, Training Program

From our colleague Jefferson Massah, president of the Liberia Agricultural Journalists Network (LAJN), we received this report:

Following months of engagement, we were lucky to secure small funding support for the development of an agricultural journalism training manual, which was followed by training for 30 Liberia Agricultural Journalists Network (LAJN) member journalists under a World Bank funded agriculture project in Liberia.  The training was held for three days.

The 30 journalists are also benefiting from post-training mentoring support and the production of stories to be published on the LAJN website in the coming months.
