The Delegate Assembly is the primary authority in all IFAJ matters.
It is responsible for the elections of executive officers to the Presidium; approval of the annual budget and report; determining the organisation’s membership fees, and to decide upon recommendations from the Executive Committee regarding new membership applications.
The Assembly comprises delegates appointed by member associations. Each association’s number of delegates is determined by the number of members declared by the association.
It meets at least once in every calendar year, preferably during the Annual Congress.
