Planet Agriculture : Bread with local cereals
This production highlights the local expertise; a pastry craftsman who uses local cereals in the making of breads. The raw materials are exclusively local, cultivated in Burkinabe soil, an alternative to imported wheat. To take up the challenge, our artisan relies on the quality and authenticity of local products. This value-added bread uses varieties of cereals exclusive to the research, the Institute of Environment and Agricultural Research.
