Hardy legume adds nitrogen in drought
Paul Sinderberry and Sarah Wrigley are replacing subclover and field peas with biserrula to improve the viability of their crop rotation in central New South Wales on the east coast of Australia. They say the legume has improved profit across their farm because it is able to produce more biomass in dry conditions. Cattle also do not bloat.
