“For the past 13 years, Corteva Agriscience has been committed to supporting the International Federation of Agricultural Journalists (IFAJ) through the Master Class program. The partnership enables global agriculture journalists to participate in IFAJ’s Annual Congress, professional development sessions, and to learn about local agricultural practices from around the world. We look forward to the 2023 Master Class at the upcoming Annual Congress in Alberta, Canada,” says Larissa Capriotti, Communications & Media Relations at Corteva.
The IFAJ/Corteva Master Class Program includes participation in a unique Boot Camp that provides expert training and networking through on-site streaming sessions, in-person classroom workshops, and assignments. As part of their learning experience, award winners will visit farms and write or record news during their stay at the Boot Camp.
The Master Class Program is a unique opportunity to acquire new and valuable knowledge in specialized journalism. Year after year, the IFAJ, together with Corteva, promotes this magnificent program so that colleagues from all over the world can take advantage of it,” says Addy Rossi, General Secretary of the IFAJ.
In addition, those who are chosen to train at the IFAJ Boot Camp will be invited to Alberta, Canada, to attend the IFAJ Congress in June for free.
