Mark Your Calendar for Canada: IFAJ 2023 World Congress!

Planning continues for the 2023 IFAJ World Congress in Olds, Alberta, Canada, just north of the major city of Calgary. The theme of the congress, which will be held June 27-July 3, 2023, is New Frontiers in the Wild West.

Alberta’s prairie farms are famous around the world for producing vast quantities of wheat, barley, canola, beef and bison. The province’s farmers also produce potatoes, sugar beets, lentils, peas, vegetables and honey. Plus, Alberta has nurtured a food scene that’s as diverse as the farmers, processors and chefs who drive it.

A pre-congress tour hosted by the British Columbia Farm Writers’ Association will bring guests through the beautiful coastal region over the Rocky Mountains between June 23 and 27.

Mark your calendar, visit https://www.ifaj2023.ca/ for details…and make sure you check out the beautiful video!
