Kenya, Slovenia are new members of IFAJ

By Dana Vecerova, Chair of Membership benefit/outreach Committee

During its meeting at the annual congress of IFAJ in Fort Worth, Texas, the General Assembly of IFAJ approved Kenya and Slovenia as new members of IFAJ.

Both countries submited their applications at the beginning of this year and their applications were judged by many criteria, including freedom of press. In both cases the Membership benefit/outreach Committee decided to recommend to the General Assembly to approve both countries as new members of IFAJ.
