Addy Rossi is an Argentinian journalist and the vice-president of the IFAJ. With years of experience reporting on agriculture and rural development across various mediums, he brings a global perspective to the profession. Addy will host the panel, guiding the discussion on how to build a successful freelance career in agricultural journalism.

LinLindi Botha — Print Journalist, South Africa
Lindi Botha is an agricultural journalist from South Africa with extensive experience in print media and agri communications. As a contributor and editor for several local and international agricultural publications, she has built her career telling the stories of farmers, agribusiness, and rural communities. Drawing on her own freelance journey, Lindi will share insights into the opportunities and challenges of freelancing in agricultural communications.
Sarah Kirchhof — Broadcast Journalist, Brazil
With a Social Communications degree, Sarah has experience in television, radio, press relations, and events. She participated in the coverage of COP-26 in Scotland in 2021 and the World Economic Forum 2025 in Davos. Other international coverage includes the Royal Agricultural Winter Fair in Canada, the World Dairy Expo in the US, and other countries such as Thailand, Japan, Germany, Poland, Portugal, and Belgium. She has worked as a press officer for several organizations and works as a freelance reporter based in Hamburg, Germany.
Christian Mühlhausen — Agricultural Journalist, Germany
Christian Mühlhausen has been reporting nationally and internationally for over two decades, both in text and images. His work appears primarily in agricultural media in Germany, but also in other European countries, as well as in regional daily newspapers. The heart of his work is the Landpixel photo agency, established in 2005, which now includes 200,000 agricultural images from all over the world and is used by national and international media, agencies, associations, and companies. The Landpixel YouTube channel has 38,500 users. He made his IFAJ debut in 2011 at the conference in Guelph (CA) as a “Young Leader” and has participated in every conference since then. Christian manages his own agricultural and forestry business.
