Welcome to Kenya! Media for Environment, Science, Health and Agriculture (MESHA) is happy to host the 2025 IFAJ World Congress for Agricultural Journalists in Nairobi from October 14-18, 2025.
The name Nairobi means a place of cool waters. The city therefore offers a perfect weather for the numerous field tours, pre and post congress tours planned for the event. Nairobi also houses a national park barely 5 km away from its central business district where you can witness lions, giraffes, and zebras against the backdrop of the city skyline.
Kenya’s agriculture will be a key focus during the congress, with a special emphasis on the Kenyan tea sector and its great flowers – two of the most cherished exports.
